Comics for Seattle & King County Public Health
DON’T HANG ON TO MEDS campaign
Originally part of International Overdose Awareness Day, these comics share reasons why it’s important to get rid of unused medications. I created high-visibility assets for distribution on postcards, buses, light rail stations, and other public installations.
Comics for The Seattle/King County Clinic
SKC Clinic is a giant free healthcare clinic. The four-day clinic provides free dental, vision, and medical care to anyone who struggles to access or afford healthcare. Local cartoonists interviewed the patients at the Clinic to create comics from their stories.
I worked with Meredith Li-Vollmer of Seattle/King County Public Health on both projects. Several of my comics are featured in her book, Graphic Public Health.
